New Beginings
While the rough plumbing, electrical and HVAC is in the process of being installed, we were able to start on Arthur’s Street roof. Arthur went with a certainteed shingle style to protect the home from Michigan’s different weather elements.
Adding On
Framing is almost completed her on Palmer street. Our guys at DJL Builders, Inc., are framing up Palmers roof and getting it prepped to be sheeted and singled.
New Beginings
Our guys at DJL Builders, Inc., are still in the process of framing Arthur Street. The first floor is completed and they’ve moved on up to framing the outside walls and rooms for the second floor. They also working on framing the roof and getting it prepped to be sheeted and shingled.
Family Home
The installation of siding went smoothly over at Jenner Place in Downtown Plymouth. The homeowners went with a blue Hardy siding that complements the home’s charming cape cod style.

Framing of the first floor is underway on Arthur street. Our crew at DJL Builders, Inc., have gotten the outside walls up and are in the process of framing the inside of the home. Our guys are working meticulously and laying the groundwork for the rooms on the first floor.
