The inside of Jenner Place has been prepped and is now ready for the rough mechanicals to be installed. The rough mechanicals is the groundwork that helps to define the different functions for the rooms in the home. Over the next month HVAC, Electrical and plumbing will be installed.

Our guys are diligently working on framing Roe Street. The weather was great for framing but then it began to rain. In order to keep Roe on schedule, our crew prepared as many walls as possible so once the rain stopped framing could resume.

The temperatures outside have been ghastly and challenging but the second-floor exterior walls and framing of the roof are now completed. With the roof framed, it will then get sheeted and shingled.
