We’re excited to announce we will be participating this year in the 2018 NARI Home Tour. It will be going on the weekend of April 21st-22nd. Hours on Saturday are 10am-6pm and Sunday 12n-6pm.
The homeowners love that their home is a sort walk to Downtown Plymouth, but the layout of the home lacked functionality. Storage, open concept, and a better utilitarian floor plan were the homeowners’ main goals. DJL Builders worked with the homes small footprint and were able to design a concept marrying the kitchen and main living space as well as storage to be cohesive and multifunctional throughout the home. The second level of the home has a master suite, guest bedroom, office, and down the hall is a guest bathroom. In addition, the washer and dryer are conveniently located upstairs.
