Tile, flooring, and carpentry. Oh, my! The inside of Green Vally in Plymouth, Michigan is getting a lot of attention. Every detail, whether it’s small or large, is giving each room of the home it’s own unique personality.

Due to weather, our Waterford project had been delayed, but the weather is finally calming down and we can start the process of getting the foundation framed out and poured.Foundation is prepped and walls are in the process of being poured. Once set, our guys at DJL Builders can start framing the home.

The roof is completed at Ross in Plymouth, Michigan and it looks great. We are starting to get into the home stretch here on Greenvalley Road in Plymouth. Painting and finish carpentry are going on and soon new floors will be installed.

Things are progressing nicely here on Linden street in Plymouth. The home has passed it’s rough mechanical inspection and now DJL Builders is getting ready for insulation and drywall to go in. Once insulation and drywall go in, we are going to be working on the floors.

The inside of Ross street is framed and ready to for the first stage of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC to go in. Once completed and passes inspection, we will move onto insulating the home and installing drywall.

Parkview Street kitchen in Plymouth is completed and looking great. The kitchen before was outdated and functionality was very limited. We’re excited to announce we will be participating this year in the 2018 NARI Home Tour. It will be going on the weekend of April 21st-22nd. Hours on Saturday are 10am-6pm and Sunday 12n-6pm.
