Windows have been installed on Arthur Street.

While the rough plumbing, electrical and HVAC is in the process of being installed, we were able to start on Arthur’s Street roof. Arthur went with a certainteed shingle style to protect the home from Michigan’s different weather elements.

Our guys at DJL Builders, Inc., are still in the process of framing Arthur Street. The first floor is completed and they’ve moved on up to framing the outside walls and rooms for the second floor. They also working on framing the roof and getting it prepped to be sheeted and shingled.

We’re excited to announce that we’re ready to begin framing our new build on Arthur Street.
