Adding On
Things are moving along here on Palmer. Everything from the rough plumbing to electrical, and HVAC has been installed in the home. Insulation was installed this week as well. Once the inspection is completed we can move onto getting the home drywalled.

Now that framing has been completed and the roof installed, our guys can now turn their attention to the inside of Palmer Street.Now that windows and the roof have been installed, siding will be next to go on the outside of the home.Even without the siding, this addition is looking great.

Hardwood Floors are being installed at Roe Street. Once installation has been completed, we can start adding in the kitchen cabinets and trim work.
Family Home
Floors are in for Jener Place and they’re absolutely flooring! Jenner Place went with a dark coffee wood color and it truly compliments the interior of the home. With the floors complete, we’re now shifting our focus on to installing the cabinetry for the kitchen and carpentry throughout the home.

While the rough plumbing, electrical and HVAC is in the process of being installed, we were able to start on Arthur’s Street roof. Arthur went with a certainteed shingle style to protect the home from Michigan’s different weather elements.
